Every September, the National Instructors & Coaches Association (NICA) honours the invaluable contributions of coaches and instructors who play an instrumental role in enriching learners’ lives and upholding professionalism and industry standards.
As Singapore continues to advance its AI ambitions and build a future-ready workforce, this year’s theme, “Geared for Progress, Powered by AI”, focuses on helping freelance coaches and instructors navigate technological change and seize new opportunities in the digital economy. Through this initiative, we aim to explore how AI can support their professional development, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities for growth in their practice.

NREP Coaches can claim 2 CE hours when you attend the conference and take part in the workshop. Read more about CE hours here. | Arts Educators/ Instructors can tap on NAC-NICA Training Support to offset the cost of this event. Read more about the training support here. | Eligible NICA members can apply for UTAP to offset up to 50% of the unfunded event fees. Refer to the step-by-step guide here. NICA members can also enjoy subscription fee support for selected AI tools. |
